Franky’s Finds Flavor!
We were excited to be featured on WFMJ’s Today’s Special, where we had the chance to share a little more about Franky’s! Our owner, Ben Hoover, talked about the heart behind this place — a simple idea we try to live by every day: families helping families. We want to make food that’s high-quality, affordable, and easy to grab on the way to a holiday gathering, a football game, or just a busy weeknight in Warren.

In the segment, we walked viewers through our signature Sicilian-style pizza — the thick, airy, golden-crust pie that’s become the backbone of our menu. We featured a Spotlight Special we’re especially proud of: our Burrata Caprese, topped with roasted cherry tomatoes, hand-pinched burrata balls, a fig-balsamic reduction, and fresh basil.
We love creating new pies and our kitchen stays busy — we’ll run 30 to 40 specials this year alone. If you want to catch the next one, keep an eye on our socials; the Spotlight Specials move fast.
We also highlighted our catering menu, especially our party-sized sandwiches, which we hope will help take a little stress off families hosting holiday gatherings or big events this season.
And, of course, we were proud to mention that Franky’s (Warren, OH) is an official stop on the Mahoning Valley Italian Food Trail — a celebration of local chefs and independent Italian food spots across the Valley. It’s an honor to be part of something that lifts up the community we love.
